When Cancelling A Class...

Effective January 1, 2008, Assembly Bill 758 allows a school to charge the standard fee for classes that are cancelled provided a notice of cancellation of a class is given to the student at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class, or if the class was canceled based upon exigent circumstances beyond the control of the school.
